This laboratory is equipped to test blend composition for polyester, wool, acrylic, cotton, nylon etc. Universal testing machine is available for testing strength elongation creep recovery initial modulus etc. Spectroscopy is enhancing the evaluating capacity of the laboratory. The laboratory includes petrological microscope with magnification power of 1500 times and digital balances. A solution spinning pilot plant is proposed to be installed in the near future.
