The institute offers four year B.Tech. program to which admissions are made t hrough the combined entrance examinatins UPSEAT, conducted on an all India level. The institute also has an M.Tech. programme in textile tech discipline. This is open to students with B.Tech. Degree in TT or MMFT and a valid GATE score, how ever few seats in the programme are open to the candidates sponsored by the employers. Candidate with M.Tech degree can proceed to PhD in their area of interest on being selected by approved reasearch guide. Few seats in B.Tech programs are open for admissions on the basses of reservation by the central government.
